Hey there.

Look if you aim to box competitively I would strongly advise joining a good gym.

Single punches will not really help in boxing, so you'll need to expand your repetoire of combinations and signature movements.

As a boxing novice I feel fitness needs to be neg;lected for a short time as evry waking moment should be grasped to practice boxing technique.

at the moment i realy dont have the money or the time to join a gym

I noticed in another thread you mentioned you drink alcohol a lot. If you have money and time to drink, then you have money and time for a boxing club where you'll get invaluable boxing knowledge AND training. Sounds more like a priority problem to me.

Not trying to be a smartass, just making an observation.
