Wow he's as big a mercenary as Don King just trying to distance himself from Hatton as much as possible.

He's clearly embarrassed by the loss and doesn't feel particularly maternal towards Hatton right now

Here's another clip with Mayweather & Roach post fight interviews. The audio on this is clearer, but not as long as the other clip.

Im not sure if its how he meant it to sound but if he did mean it, I have thought the same before this fight also.

    Manny could be using steroids

Or something, im going to get jumped on but like Floyd said, Manny doesnt have all these knockouts and to go from as small as he was up through the weights and maintain a strong body, power and speed, is unheard of, of any fighter, other than a few, like Mosely and Jones

Ricky hasnt got a week chin but the way he reacted to those punches was as if hed moved up to fight Pavlik, maybe he was dry from making weight, I just have a hard time contemplating how someone who was a super feather weight just a year ago can move up and down 3 weights and stop 3 naturally stronger fighters.

He needs to look up in the dictionary what the word "class" means... Because for all his ranting and raving about being entirely superior, he has absolutely no class at all.... And for all Floyd Jr's ranting, when I hear his father talking crap, it makes me actually find Floyd Jr's ranting likable.. in comparison...

I get all how he's pissed of Hatton did absolutely nothing that they would of talked about,,, and actually did nothing intelligent at all, not just ignoring Mayweather Sr, but ignoring common sense of boxing altogether.... But it shows what he's made of when he distances himself in that way as soon as his fighter got knocked down...

What can you say about that?

Hatton should never have got involved with him. Hatton needs to shoulder the blame for all that has happened too.

It is very sad, but decisions have been made and the result is what it is. Mayweather might be a total twat, but Ricky fought like a lunatic too.

The conclusion is what we got.

Mayweather says all this crazy shit before the fight and everyone laughed along and thought it was great, he says crazy shit now and everyone is making news out of it....silly if you ask me. Hatton lost period, doesn't really matter why. There is no one to blame except himself. Will floyd own up to any part of it....probably not. But why do you expect him to when 98 % of fighters don't own up for thier losses either. Stop all this reaching for excuses, it's not floyd's fault, the water guy, the guy selling popcorn at the bulls game. This sport is man vs man, others can help you prepare but they can't fight for ya. Funny there's not as many people giving roach credit for the win as much as those that are trying to blame floyd for the loss.
