Punch Power: 1066 | | Rogan vs Sexton! Anyone watching this one tonight? It'll be a cracker im sure of it.Sexton is the younger boxer with a unbeaten record and Rogan is the true modern day real life ROCKY that has shocked the heavyweight scene over here in the uk over the last 13 months sence after winning the first adddition of the Prizefighter tournament back in april 2008.
Im hoping if there's some stream on the fight due to it been shown on sky sports 2.

He's come on well since then, winning the second prizefighter and picking up a minor area title too. I think if he boxes and moves he can win this tonight. His strategy in the second prizefighter was really clever and I think if he employs a similar strategy and not engage in a war he'll win on points over 12. I like Rogan but I can't see him being successful for the long term. He is entertaining though. |

In the 2nd Prizefighter and his Southern Area title victory he seemed to be really thinking in there, picking his shots and moving well. Granted this is a step up, and with the hostile crowd and the manor in which Rogan fights this will be difficult, but if he keeps his head I honestly believe he can outbox Rogan. Like Yvonne said though, it should be a cracker. Can't remember when I last looked forward to a domestic Heavyweight clash as much. |

Punch Power: 1039 | | Re: Rogan vs Sexton! +2503 What an absolute robbery! Rogan must be utterly furious at Dave Parris for that shocking display of refereeing. Sexton must be baffled as to how he ended up with the belt there! He was being pounded around the head in the eighth, he spat out his gumshield. He was still staggering after getting his gumshield back in, and when Rogan points this out to the ref, Sexton throws a straight shot with nothing in it. At this juncture, Parris decides to give Sexton even more of a resting opportunity and goes to the doctor for Rogan's eye, which Sexton has been grinding against for four rounds since it started swelling. Sexton should have been stopped, he didn't remember anything between spitting his gumshield out and getting a belt strapped on him.
If Rogan doesn't get a rematch or Sexton is stripped if he won't take the fight, then the BBBC should hung drawn and quartered.
Yes I'm ranting, but I can't believe what I witnessed there tonight.

Punch Power: 1039 | | Re: Rogan vs Sexton! And Sexton spent a large part of the fight turning his back in the clinches, with Dave Parris doing nothing to warn him for this, except for warning Rogan not to hit him?!!?! Sexton boxed well for some of the fight, but he was beaten in the eighth and Rogan's compassion not punching a guy who couldn't even see him saw him lose the fight. He held off when Sexton had one eye on the floor and one eye rolling up at the roof. |

I never moan about refs but Dave Parris had a complete mare there | |
