even with a link..........this means absolutely nothing. Boxers retiring is so cliche.
They retire because they have to.
"If there's a better chin in the world than Pryor's, it has to be on Mount Rushmore." -Pat Putnam.
if-pacman-saying-he-will-retire-aint-worth-talking-about-what-is-hell-hes-in-his-prime-and-on-top-hes-got-to-fight-mayweather-first-or-he-will-be-rememberd-for-ducking-him.dont-you-think.
Pac wants PBF, and that's who we all want to see him fight! PBF will beat Marquez and then what is stopping this fight from happening? It will happen in November or December, they will argue and procrastanate and bitch about who is the bigger drawcard etc but it will happen and yes, i see Pacquiao retiring after the fight if he wishes. I can't see Pacquiao taking another fight before that.
I thought Pac was going to fight Cotto next. Thats no gimmie fight. For that matter niether is PBF next fight.
If Cotto get past Clottey on June 13, I think Arum will try to match-up PAC with Cotto at a catch weight of 144 lbs...
Then they will have a press conference in the morning of July 18 PBF vs. JMM fight announcing "The Battle of Asia and America" Pacquiao vs. Cotto fight for October...
PAC then retires after the Cotto fight...
.
Now that Pac MIGHT think about retiring, I can't see hardcore PacFanBoys complaining anymore that Mayweather is ducking quailty opposition.
There were so many fights ahead for Pac if he retires.
Where is this article? I can't find jack shit!
It would be a huge stinker if he did retire, from a boxing fans perspective anyway.
