I think Arces had it tough lately and I said it before the Mijares fight that he had begun to show the signs of wear and tare so he needed to make the most of it.
I think he's got a good shot at beating Silence.
I think Mabuza would destroy Arce.

His best fights IMO at 115 are:

Darchinyan (exciting fight & worthwhile $$$ wise)
Navarro (another exciting fight)
Munoz (another exciting fight)

but I can see him losing all 3.
