Kinda of a fan of Cotto but dont think he while be the king of the division i thought he lost both Clotty and Mosley. He seems to really lose energy in later rounds kinda got lucky no one took advantage of it last night i think if he faces the likes of Pac, Mosley and even Margarito again he loses.
Cotto was never really seriously hurt last night.

Going to have to disagree with that he look like he was going to be koed in few of the rounds and he was in pretty bad shape in the later rounds. But if that the way you feel o well i just dont see him as unfying the divsion really. Tell you the truth i think even Berto might have a shoot now. I just think Cotto stamina while be his down fall against Pac Mosley or Margarito. Maybe i am wrong but he looked pretty gassed and hurt to me at the end of the fight of maybe i watched a different fight.

What rounds do you think he got hurt? Legs never buckled, never wobbled. Announcers never noticed it and I haven't seen anybody else mention a time he got buzzed. He was getting tagged with some shots and was moving a lot, may have been tired but he never really got rocked. Clottey's just not much of a puncher, not featherfisted but not a concussive puncher.

Cotto beats Mosley again, like the first time, close but clear victory. But loses to Pacquaio.

Seen few times were he got rocked watch it again and if he faces Mosley again i going by a 10 round knock out tell you truth. Think Cotto has gettin pretty lucky with the close fights and i even go as far to say that if he fought Margarito again he lose his stamina needs work.

I've seen it twice and he was never seriously hurt. No point in arguing this though anymore we obviously have gigantic differences on what constitutes being rocked.

Margarito might be done. We'll see.

I dont really respect him less then I already did prior to lastnight. But would have respected him much more had he closed the gap and forced his advantage with Cotto busted up and backing into some bad spots in the late rounds. He's just not a finisher and eased up instead of forcing a win that looked to be right in front of him.Only problem I have.

I really dont think he was looking to use the knee as an excuse. It was a legitimate fall, and the ref had no idea if it was severe or not.Clottey was told he could have 5 minutes and after some moans & groans he carried on,just as Cotto fought through the blood.Shite happens in a fight, you have to adapt and go on.

Cotto took some good ones but never wobbled. I thought for 2 seconds Clottey got knocked out cold when he got slammed on the canvas.

I agree completely, I've watched it 3 times, and I'm about to watch it again with Danny, and I didn't see him "rocked badly" once.

Oh well, to each his own I guess.

Cotto or Clottey never sereiously appeared hurt in the fight. I believe the reason Josh didnt go after Cotto was the body shots. It was a good close fight and I had cotto winning 114-113. People shouldnt take away from Cotto cause her toook all Clottey had and more.

I dont think either guy seemed badly hurt at any time in the fight. Aside from Cottos cut and Clotteys knee of course.

Neither fighter was really hurt in the fight. Maybe people saw a few flush shots and assumed the fighter was hurt. There is a strong difference between punches that hurt and actually being hurt. Hard flush shots hurt but it doesn't mean your well being as a fighter is hurt. Even the knockdown was just an off balance knockdown. But I was annoyed with Clottey looking for petty ways to get deductions. The slip, the weak lowblow, the rabbit punch, all this happens in the course of fighting and he got dramatic with every single incident. Meanwhilefor 9 rounds a huge gash is over Cotto's left eye and bleeding in it and Cotto never even got discouraged.
