I doubt it, unless there is a lot of drama in the Philippines to keep him away. The people will beg him to the winner of Floyd - Marquez. Even if he wins his political campaign, the legislators will probably pass a law to allow him to compete as a Philippine National representative. Just look at what they were trying to do with Roach, make him a honorary citizen.....

I doubt he will retire this november. He's got 2 major ongoing projects. He's got that multi billion pesos tourist destination thing that will prouide thousands of jobs for the poor one. He's got that cancer hospital thing going on too.
