Be aggressive, be all over the guy. But while your doing this, keep one eye on your Stamina. NEVER let it go down half way if your aggressive. Back off a bit if you need to and land big shots like hooks and uppercuts and land plenty of them.
Mix it up to, attack the body so the other guy runs out of steam faster, but attack the head to.
Work on your power in both hands so you can get KO power. The more power you have, the easier it becomes.
But, while you want to be aggresive, don't forget about working on your defense, your blocking and weaving out of the way of punches. Learn when to be aggressive and when not to be.
A good way to fight against a superior apponent is to constantly attack the body so he runs out of steam (and that means less punching power for him). Your looking to wear him down enough so you can KO him. This will probably mean going the distance, but if you do it right you can KO him in the later rounds.
Final tip. Since your on Pro level, ALWAYS check the overall rating of the guy your fighting. If he has a better overall rating than you, chances are that either A): Your in for a very tough fight or B): You will lose.
Hope this helps

Same as above. Also, use hayemakers. To do this hold RB (on Xbox 360 which will be R1 on a ps3) and throw a big power punch.

...and remember... counterpunching is a huge part of Round 4. Move your head, be elusive and you'll find that screen flashing in no time.
