I love John Simpson and have followed the guy since his robbery against Derry Matthews, but Paul Truscott was unbelievably brave and it made for a great fight (maybe the best domestic fight ive ever seen!). Its gonna be extremely hard for anyone to take that commonwealth title from Simpson. Thats all ive got to say.

From the 8th I was worried over Truscotts safety, I would have pulled Him.

I agree dude, the lads heart was magnificent but theres no point a young fighter taking that kind of punishment. He'll come back though will Truscott. A nice, cheeky and down to earth lad with his whole community behind him. Kudos for last night Paul, your a true warrior!

I hoped Truscott could survive but the stoppage was well timed. When he came out for the tenth he really look absolutely finished. In fact i didn't think he would/should come out for the tenth. Maximum respect.
I didn't catch what next fridays fight night is, anyone know?
