    Default Boxing Web Design

Hi guys. Ive made this thread because i have recently come to the end of a course in web design and im kind of wondering what to do next. I have been passionate about boxing since i was about four years old and have been thinking about mixing my passion for the sport with my web design. So if any of you guys out there want a website making or know a fighter/enthusiast that wants one, PM me and ill discuss the details with you. I just want to add that im willing to be flexible with prices (mainly because i wanted a personalised website for years and was always put off by the cost factor).

    Thanks for reading.

As far as getting ideas for design goes, spend some time looking at the websites of others to get ideas. Some people are doing some very nifty things with Flash, such as this guy here. Flash Design )—( ANDY FOULDS DESIGN )—( Freelance Flash Web Designer )———---

google web design portfolio and you'll find all sorts of stuff.

now that you know how to do sites, I imagine you'll be spending some time getting your own site looking good. If you want to design sites for others, it helps to be able to show them a portfolio of your work, so they can see what you are capable of.

Myself, I am interested in Web Technology such as java/php/mySQL etc, but my artistic/design skills really suck.

good luck, and keep on learning and working on your skills.

p.s. that web link looks kind of weird, but it works, and the guy has dome some neat stuff.
