Default Any thoughts on Tim Bradley-Lamont Peterson?

I'm looking forward to this. A lot actually. I've been one of the bigger Peterson brothers supporters on here for a while. Some people I know don't think that highly of either of them.

Predictions? I'm not quite sure yet, Bradley's a tough out but Lamont's very talented IMO.

This one is flying low under the radar.Peterson...bop-bop....not highly visable & maybe not the draw of a Harris,Holt,Campbell, but I think style wise he may be toughest for Bradley.I think Bradley gets just a small portion of what he is due as a fighter but he will have to press smart and constant with Peterson or get outboxed over 12.

Both Peterson's are a bit one paced but I love to watch them fight, Lamont especially can't fall way behind cause he doesn't have that eraser type power. I think he has a genuine chance of winning but I've learned not to underestimate Bradley.

I've never been that impressed with the Petersons. They're very solid fighters with a lot of potential and skill, but they just don't capture my attention for whatever reason.

Anyways, I think Bradley probably wins a comfortable UD, he's just a step above Peterson right now.

....yea i was just thinking how laughable it is that people say this guy beat floyd in sparring, if you can whoop floyd then bradley should be no problem.

Peterson UD 117-111,118-110, somewhere along those lines honestly. Bradley has made a very nice niche for himself at 140. Buuuuut he is still a bit of an overachiever and Lamont is simply a more complete fighter with the more well rounded skillset. He is a former top top amateur who's had some really great fights with guys like Rock Allen, Andre Dirrell guys who could really bring it. I think he wins this one he's one of the most technically polished amatuers to come out of our system in a very long time imo.

I wish Yoel Judah would train the Peterson's conversation as follows

    LP: Bop, bop bop?
    YJ: Bam, bam bam
    LP: Bop..........bop
    YJ: Bam, bam, jab, bam
    etc. etc. ad nauseum.

The brothers are a tad above ordinary fighters... Not much pop, decent movement... ordinary handspeed and steady pace...

    Bradley by dec.
