    Smile Boxing for beginner

    Hello

I am looking to start boxing as a beginner. Maybe place some equipment in my garage. I have a small budget. Want to loose weight and get fit - maybe a punch bag or boxing set, ultimately looking for something that will last long and will actual be fun and .... get rid of stress!!!

Can you let me know please??

    Thanks!!

What are your goals? Lose weight, learn how to box? I'd first take a look to see if there are any boxing gyms in your area. PAL and amateur clubs are typically cheaper than other places, so I'd look there first. You'd probably learn more and at least be more enthusiastic about it if you're going to a club.

Anyways if you want to buy equipment, try craigslist first. You can find punching bags for under $50 there. Otherwise check out a local sporting goods store for sales.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
