Default Talksport Boxing Hall Of Fame
Talksport Radio are currently running a poll to induct what they call the 2 greatest boxers of all-time into their Hall Of Fame.

The 5 nominees are:-

1) Muhammad Ali
2) Sugar Ray Leonard
3) Sugar Ray Robinson
4) Roberto Duran
5) Marvellous Marvin Hagler

Now, I'm most perturbed that Henry Armstrong isn't amongst the nominees, but that does not surprise with that station & I'm also perplexed that Sugar Ray Leonard is currently way out in 2nd place.

He is behind Ali who has a massive lead over any of them.

Log onto their website & vote if you wish, because I believe that Robinson should be in the HOF way ahead of any of the others.

I love talksport, have it on pretty much all day everyday, but theat station knows fuck all about boxing and it looks like the listeners don't either. It always annoys me when people that don't know the sport try and talk about it - I am a proper boxing snob lol

I'd have SRR Duran and Ali top 5, but not the other 2. Most noticable absenty imo is Willie Pepp, but agreed Henry Armsrong would be top 5 for me too

The HOF voting is now closed & they're counting the votes.

I can safely assume that Muhammad Ali is safely in first.

When I last heard, Sugar Ray Leonard was way out in 2nd & it would be safe to assume that these 2 will be the inductees.

No place in the Talksport HOF for Sugar Ray Robinson.
