Default Calzaghe was right about Froch

Calzaghe said Froch was'nt in his league and it would be an easy fight.People just said that he was making excuses and he was ducking him.

Well on that evidence this morning Froch wont'nt stand a chance in hell of beating Joe.

Stevie Wonder can see Froch would have zero chance against Calzaghe.

Froch wouldn't even beat Bute or Andrade IMO much less Calzaghe or B-Hop, he's crap

I think one things for certain, he looks his worst against guys who fight him off the back foot.

He applies pressure, but he doesn't seem to be able to chase guys down, if they want to stand in front of him or chase him he seems much more comfortable.

I think Taylor (and from what I've heard Dirrell, he just lacked the experience and balls to pull it off 100%) have shown the way: make Froch come to you.

Now froch's shit. He only looked shit because he fought a guy that has 4 times as much speed as jermaine taylor. Put him in with anybody else and froch would have ko'd them. Dirrell only has speed and is a shit fighter otherwise. Nobody could hit dirrell, when he wants to run. To say froch is sht because he couldn't hit speedy gonzalez is disengenuous. If Froch can hit them, he's going to win.

I agree that some are being a bit harsh to Froch after last night, he fought an awkward fighter who was hard to catch and won, BUT his style is going to get him KO'd off Kessler. He'll walk straight into Kess' big shots and noone takes them well. Even Calzaghe looked shaken from time to time in their fight and he wasn't as easy to hit as Froch!

The only reason Joe could be considered ducking was because he was taking on household names and making a truck load rather than a pitence against Froch in comparison.

Agree with this. This is why the Kessler - Froch fight is surely going to be great. Although i think Kessler wins i see it being a ding - dong battle. But Kessler will be donging harder and more often than Froch is dinging. So he takes it - but should still be great.

I'm looking forward to it but I don't see it lasting long unless Froch can hurt Kessler which I doubt he will. I think Kessler will have him out in 5.

One thing to be said about Kessler, although he is very strong and pretty athletic he's also going to be more predictable than somebody like Dirrell or even Taylor so although Froch's defence is pretty porous, it's not a forgone conclusion that Kessler will be hitting him almost at will.

Froch wants to worry when he does though...

Kessler is definitely going to get hit more than Dirrell. He moves well laterally, or he has in the past, but Froch is going to find him easier to hit and more willing to exchange. I think Kessler is rightly heavily favored to win, but it should be a good fight and either guy could realistically lose.
