    Default Khan v Salita PPV?

Do you think that despite the 30,000 buys for the over-protected, glass-jawed, olympic silver medalist's last fight that this will also be on Sky Box Office?

I've not bought a Khan PPV yet and I certainly won't be starting with this one; this would probably have been bundled in with Pavlik v Williams but seeing as that fight is off what's the point?

    I reckon it's a pretty sure bet it's ppv.

I'd go one further and bet my house on it, Sky seem to be committed to Khan as a PPV icon, they just need to match him with opponents worthy of a PPV to sell it, which I think it's fair to say Kotelnik was not. I'm not likely to buy it myself though, if I really get the urge to watch head in to town and try and avoid the drunk ladies of Christmas parties!

Or at least until after the fight's done

Hatton should never return. I will never pay for another Hatton PPV.

Me too, i.e if he's fighting somebody I actually want to watch, unlike himself

Sky will blame Warren who in turn will blame Khan because he has demanded so much money for the reason why it is PPV. F**k them all I say.

Ten hail marys and ten our fathers.....

Are you likely to get the next one in though? Do you have a few people over chipping in to pay....I suppose that would take the edge of the damage then.

My main gripe is that I don't want to pay £15 when I know that if Salita has any power at all and pops one on to Khan's chin then it's likely to be a very short fight.

I may do. I didn't pay for the Prescott one because I thought it was a rip-off, but I did with both Barrera & Kotelnik, both because I was interested in the fights, but they also had good fights on their card (although I had to watch the Olympians instead of Brook on the Kotelnik one ).

I find Khan good to watch, he's a very smooth quick boxer, plus with that chin there's always the danger he gets taken out. My girlfriend also thinks he's great, so if she comes over, I'll end up buying it. I don't really mind paying it because I'll just do a bit of overtime to cover the money for it. Personally I'd always much rather pay to watch it on TV then find a stream because it just feels a more relaxing experience. Best analogy I can think of is those times you'll get a cab home from a club drunk, rather than wait in the cold for a nightbus.
