Why is this fight not on sky tv?? is it on any other channel because i heard Warren was struggling to get a tv deal for it.

McClosky M'Baye is on on sky the same night.

There is no other channel that shows boxing in the uk.

you think to not 7-8 years back when a friday fight night contained world title fights with the likes of nelson, brodie, calzaghe etc to nowadays where we cant even get to see the british heavyweight title being defended

Sahll we all club together and start the Saddoboxing TV Channel. Boxing in this country is never shown on TV and when it is we get ripped by PPV.

We need a return to the old days when boxing was regularly shown. The reason boxing has slipped out of the mainstream is the lack of TV coverage.

Frank Warren, Maloney, Hearn, Hatton, Hayemaker Promos, should all invest together and launch a tv channel. They rarely have a card on the same weekend, so they would be able to equally split the profits made by advertising and they would get more promotion for their younger fighters and more following at their fights = more money!!

Otherwise...we'll just all have a whip round on here!

It was to be shown on its original date (i think) but when it was postponed, the new date coincided with the mcCloskey fight, which is to be shown on Sky. Bad planning by someone i think.

I think your confused mate the reason it isnt on friday fight night is because there is a bigger fight in Ireland being shown M.Baye v Mcclosky.

The original date was on the tv but it had to be rearanged I defintly rather see Mcclosky is action then Rogan/Sexton

Kessler v Ward is on the 21st of November, but is Dawson-Johnson on the Haye bill for next week?

Ah your right about Kessler. I was looking at an odds comparison site and they had them all on the same night in error.

Dawson v Johnson I havent heard anything about being on UK tele, on HBO in America though. Would be cool if Sky did put it on after the Haye fight but I really doubt it
