You need to haggle with them because they always back down at the last minute. | yeah i have had all sorts of freebies in the past, ring up ask to be disconected cos its to expensive they will pass u to another dept to try & keep u as a customer, then say u like the service but its too expensive mention u gonna move to a competitor & see what u can get, if they wont give u a discount and u still want to keep what u got then just say u need to discuss with your partner that way u save face & can always try another day. it works, i have many friends who have got 3 mths free skysports & i got upgraded to sky+ free cos i kicked off cos i said i am an excisting customer & want the same as a new customer would get. there are planty of sites on internet with suggestions & inside information. | |
