Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. But the speculation is there. If he needs to cheat against what everyone was calling a declining Shane Mosely, then common sense says it is very much likely he needed to cheat to beat a prime undefeated fighter like Cotto.

Well remember, Margarito had his license revoked, not suspended, for 1 year before the results of the lab tests came out. The commision stated that it was a minumum of 1 year pending the test results, so it's not like a suspension when the year is up that's it, he can fight again, he has to reapply for his license, and they can chose not to reinstate his license permantently at that time. Which I hope they revoke it for life, the fuking cheater doesn't deserve to step into a ring again.

And Arreola wasn't banned, he was just suspended from their rankings. Which is a complete joke that they did that. Fukers.

Look at what Cintron hit him with and ask yourself if the Margarito that got blasted out by Shane Mosley could have taken that!

I also give you another example of loading gloves seemingly helping a fighter's chin....look at Resto-Collins, is there any way Resto takes those punches from a big puncher like Billy Collins and goes the distance Resto had been KO'd 3 times in his career before fighting Collins, all vs some guys with DECENT not magnificent power...Collins was a big puncher 14 wins 11 KO's. You think Resto lasts the distance without those wraps?
