Nobody knew what a punk Cintron would turn out to be, that fight had HUGE implications and yes I believe Margarito loaded his wraps for that fight.

Look at what Cintron hit him with and ask yourself if the Margarito that got blasted out by Shane Mosley could have taken that!

I also give you another example of loading gloves seemingly helping a fighter's chin....look at Resto-Collins, is there any way Resto takes those punches from a big puncher like Billy Collins and goes the distance

Resto had been KO'd 3 times in his career before fighting Collins, all vs some guys with DECENT not magnificent power...Collins was a big puncher 14 wins 11 KO's. You think Resto lasts the distance without those wraps?

Collins was not as big a puncher as his record indicated. He didn't possess great one punch power. He was stopping his opponents cuz they were pretty much over matched.

Obviously we'll never know for sure.

Me personally, I say there is no way he would fight his way up, win the fight of his career and become champ, and then suddenly out of the blue start cheating. No way. He's done it before, and I'm willing to bet my household that he cheated against Cotto.

For me, Marg's career is tainted because of this.

Forget Cotto too, I feel REALLY bad for Cintron, because his career took two HUGE hits with both of his losses to Margacheato. People pretty much wrote poor Cintron off after the second loss, and in reality he got whipped by a guy with loaded gloves.

No, but Shane did something at least Cintron never came close to: skewering Margarito with body shots. What was it, the 1st or 2nd round when Shane hit him in the belly and Margarito looked like he wanted to fall down and vammit?
