IMO yes, look at his face and then look at Collins' face in the Resto fight, pretty much identical, i've seen horrible beatings, but the way Cotto's face was mauled gives me the impression that Tony knew damned well what was going on, and that it was put to use against Cotto

Yeah I'm fairly certain he did. Cotto had beaten Mosley and Mosley had looked shit against Mayorga so I see no reason he'd think to cheat after the performance against Cotto if he hadn't already done it before. People cheat because of lack of belief in their own abilities. If he didn't cheat against Cotto in what is considered his best win, then why cheat against Mosley who was inactive and underperforming?

What El Terible said...I forgot how bad Cotto's face looked in that Margarito fight.

Marg is a cheating prick and I doubt he just "started" using that plaster against Mosely.

Wow I had never seen those pics before, good stuff. It wasn't the same as Resto-Collins though, in that fight it was the glove that was manipulated. Only later (after the Margarito flap I believe) was it that Resto claimed that there was also plaster in the gloves.

Look at the blood on the handwraps, if I'm not mistaken the plaster knucklepad they found had blood on it right? I'm not sure which one had blood on it but look at the pic of his left hand where you can see blood on his knuckles. If I'm not mistaken, that looks to be in the exact same spot where the blood was on the knucklepad they confiscated. Could he have seriously used the same one or is that some strange coincidence? WTF man. How can Arum defend this shit?

OF COURSE he cheated against Cotto, you don't just start cheating when you're at the top especially against Mosley who was a big underdog.

Exactly, why somebody who was honest his entire career, who became the champion of the strongest division beating destroying Cotto, the former champion, why this fighter would have risked his integrity by cheating against one of the Cotto victims?!?

The 2nd fight, I agree for sure. I believe he took this action after Williams beat him, as he felt he'd never get another chance if he lost again.

I dnt believe anyone can say yes unless they saw Margarito's hand beign wrapped with their own eyes. Im surprised many of you said yes.

It's just common sense though. Most people haven't seen Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire inject either but guilt is cast upon them and it's their own faults.

Something that people seem to ignore here is the fact that Margarito walked through Cotto's punches as if he was being hit with pillows. How can we explain that? Did he put plaster in his face?

I suppose that anybody who is cheating that way, the least they want is for anything to be noticed in their hands. And Margarito looks totally fine parading his hands all over the place. I will watch the fight again and see that close up his hands (left hand, like the picture posted here).
