Here's an 11 minute video from Miguel's media day workout in LA today.

It's just some pad work, because as usual, Miguel doesn't like to give anything away.

He doesn't do flashy, but he's looking pretty fluid, and crisp. The left hook, and uppercuts are looking especially sweet.

Cotto looks good and very relaxed.

I can see Cotto taking his time a lot in this fight and trying to limit Pacs ouptut by keeping it somewhat technical. A little like Barrera in the second Barrera/Pac fight, the main difference will be that Cotto will engage more and hit a shitload harder.

Cotto is going to get him.
