Cestus Management's super middleweight destroyer Don "Da'Bomb" George made the leap from boxing prospect to being on the verge of becoming a world-class contender with a four round savage annihilation of Canadian Jason Naugler; handing this tough and very experienced fighter his first loss byway of stoppage.
Coming into the contest, Naugler previously had twenty-nine fights and has gone the distance in very creditable performances against Chad Dawson, Jean Paul Mendy,Anthony Thompson, Jesse Brinkley, Samuel Miller and Nicholas Poulard. The fight was the main event of a card promoted by Leon Margules and Dominic Pesoli at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago , Illinois.
George (18-0-1 w/16kos) showed impressive boxing skills and a snappy jab as he constantly peppered the experienced Naugler face and body. Naugler, attempting to overcome speed, power, and youth with experience, came out fast at the openinig bell and to everybody's surprise tried to box by jabing and moving and throwing fast combinations.
