Default One of the best boxing trilogies ever

I have been thinking recently of the fights and fighters who were a part of my "magic time" period as a young boxing fanatic and since I can't seem to let a week pass without creating a new video, I made this tribute to two great warriors who hated each other bitterly and fought like it: Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera.

Their first fight is still the best boxing match that I have ever seen. The Morales - Barrera trilogy far exceeds the Gatti - Ward fights IMO.

I agree 100% , MAB and Morales were much better fighters , lets face it , ward was nothing more than a rock chinned contender.

MAB and Morales were fantastic fighters.

Yes definitely 1 of the best trilogies in boxing. I would rank it 3rd on my list after Ali-Frazier and Bowe-Holyfield.

Barrera-Morales fights were def. better than the Ward-Gatti fights. the skill level doesn't even compare.

though Vazquez-Marquez is probably an even better trilogy.

There was the drama of KOs/stoppages, but the thing about Barrera vs Morales is just the sheer hatred they had for each other. You can look at a number of exchanges where one of them just goes: "F-ck me if I'm going to let this motherf-cker beat me!" and then comes back like there's no tomorrow. Awesome stuff. I tend to forget just how great these fights were with time and as the fighters have faded. Good to be reminded.

Oh, and thanks for all the nice comments!
