Default Will Mayweather's demands for blood testing become standard for future fights?

I'm curious if Mayweather's drug-testing demands will become standard for all boxing matches? Will the Nevada's (and other states) commission change its policy to mimic the testing Mayweather had demanded on Pacquiao? Will demanding opponents to undergo Olympic-style testing become a standard insert for contracts in boxing? Will Mayweather himself demand it of all his opponents? Thoughts?

Cost is a factor because I know it isn't cheap.

It should be standard for all the alphabet championship matches and big event fights.

    There's nothing wrong with that.

The last thing the Nevade SAC want to do is bring in random testing. That's why Arum says they should be in charge of all testing and he'll do whatever they want, because he knows it's never going to happen. The SAC commission people are all yes men who owe their appointments to Nevada politicians, and the politicians are in their jobs due to the people who run Vegas, the big corporations who own the casinos.

The people who run Vegas are not boxing fans, they're money fans. They don't care who's on steroids or not, they'd put a two year old girl in the ring with a hungry lion if it brought enough dollars in through their doors. Anything that might screw up any attraction, say some boxer who'd moved up through the weights knocking everyone out and becoming a huge attraction testing positive for steroids, they want swept under the carpet.

They don't know that MMA won't blow boxing away in terms of dollars earned in the next few years and if it turns out all MMA guys are on steroids they won't want them tested too. Random testing will only come to Vegas at gunpoint unfortunately. Maybe there's some huge scandal, Manny gets caught with a needle in his arse or something and that forces their hand but absent that they'll do everything they can to avoid it.
