I like Uchiyama, he's got a good spoiler style and dominates the distance, if he could get to work more on the inside instead of smothering his work he could be a star. He's going to have to take a move up really quick, because he's not getting any younger. Good win over Salgado though, you could see Salgado had got worn down to the point of just survival.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Wonder if Takashi is related to Shintaro Uchiyama who was a world rated Bantamweight in the early 70's?
Good win for Japan, Juan was gone he was really spent by that final rd.
He showed a lot that he was still going for the KO at the end in a fight he had handily won. Japan has so many excellent fighters right now. I'd love to see Uchiyama in with Linares, it would massive.
