Default Isn't Felix Sturm the WBA MW Champ?

Sory guys 4giv my ignorance on this matter but for as long as I've known, Felix Sturm is the WBA MW champ?

I've just read news that Gennady Golovkin and Anthony Mundine have won the purse bid to fight for the WBA MW title?

Is this coz Felix Sturm has been elevated to superchamp?! It can't be because Martinez is in possesion of the other belts...

Really?! How/y?!? As I said, isn't Martinez a MW champ as well, and from what I know don't you have to at least unify 3/4 belts before the WBA promote their champ to super champ status

The WBA doesn't even follow their own rules anymore. They have co-champions in almost every division, and in some divisions three fighters are actually champion.

They are a pathetic joke. No wonder Floyd refused to buy their worthless title.

The abc organizations are basically running a legal racket and do whatever they can to make money, and 3 champs is more money than 1 champ...I wish they all would just collapse

Don King is trying to organise a Sturm v Mayorga fight in Germany for the summer apparently.

Well my dear friend, it depends. The WBA is trying to establish a bi-monthly champion depending of the most deserving champion. It's a bit like McDonald's employee of the month except that it's the WBA's bi-monthly champion. You have to work very hard, compliment Sulaiman's hairs once in a while and of course, pay your cut and if you smile enough and that your wife has decent dress during the presentation, you might become the bi-monthly champion till somebody deserves it better (or if you do not pay your cut, of course) and take your place.

I think Mayorga has plans to fight Din Thomas But Don King probably has a few things to say about that.

I think Sturnum will stay where he is and continue fighting Euros. It costs too much money to get Mayorga over there, and I doubt any Europeans know who he is. Don King promises a LOT of shit. He rarely delivers to fighters on Mayorgas level. I watch ALL of "el matador's" fights.. Something entertaining every time

Oh yeah and the topic? I think there are a hundred the WBA is garbage threads on this forum. They just keep making it worse and worse. Are they the ones doing the "Diamond Champs" and all, too?

"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."

    - and I quote from some random guy on the internet
