Nothing yet Greg I would expect not to much as he has been out a very longtime, long term I think him and Matt Hatton would sell over here and with Witter on the slide gives Matthew a better shot, would Ricky let his kid bro fight the guy he ducked for years?

Yeah I would surely expect him to be fed lamb here. Long layoff, moving up in weight, and what not

Before Bradley beat him he looked on the slide. There's no way he'll get back to top class.

Witter-Matt Hatton would be like kicking shit in the face of all the fans that wanted the real thing for years.

good to hear i always liked Witter and feel he got a crap deal from the fans living in the shadow of Hatton.

hope he can make a few quid and maybe a few fans out of this return... he was royaly ducked by hatton IMHO the fight was there to be made when Pinto pulled out but team hatton didn't want it.

never got the... if your a fan of hatton you must hate witter crowed

I certainly wasn't part of the Love Hatton Hate Witter crowd. I liked Hatton and followed him for years, among others. I watched Witter also, just found his style was his own worst enemy. More often than not he was a spoiler of the highest order tying up, twisting and slinking round opponents, used to make me cringe. Good boxing skills, good movement and very good power that a lot of the time went completely underutilised IMO because of his awful spoiler style. Perfect example was against Corley. Simply terrible.

He would have starched Hatton I'd say, just cringeworthy to watch too often. If he was more exciting Hatton wouldn't have had an option on avoiding. People would have wanted it no danger. Everyone deserves a second chance at things for sure but Witter has had more than his share and won't be hitting the top any time. I'd glady eat a hat if he did.

I used to hate watching Witter. He obviously has the talent and reflexes, but would always hide it in a very negative style. Don't think that Hatton made a mistake in not fighting Witter, Witter would make anyone look terrible, and take away from the massive fights that followed.
