    Default Abraham v. Froch

    Gettin' steamy!

I really don't support European fighters
so I don't know who to root for, or bet on
I personally love Abe as a boxer even though I hate him as a person
Froch I could give two dumps about, whatever.
I honestly don't know much about him, I'm not gonna lie
so I don't know his advantages against Abe
-but I do know that Abe isn't gonna make this easy
    He's mean, methodical, I already know his sneaky long-arms-so-turtle-then-jab trick;
he used it viciously against an aggressive Taylor in the 1st Super 6 bout
Abe gets ugly later on, & he usually dominates.
    Froch, I don't know.

&What happened to Kessler; he's gone?
I hate him, though; he looks like a gay Gestapo.
Straight to Hell with him. =)

I think i'm completely opposite on this one from you. I like Arthur as a person, hate him as a boxer. I hate how he covers up most of the fight then tries to pour it on in the later rounds. I think Froch beats him on the cards, i think his work rate will put him over. I can't stand Froch's arrogant attitude, but i think he gets the win.

Kessler hurt his eye socket or something like that so hes out of the tourney. I know froch will stay busy but I dont think hes strong enough to get through Abrahams guard. I got my money on AA.

I personally think that it'll be goodnight Nottingham for Froch, Abraham will start to work a bit earlier than usual and will ring his final bell around the 9th.

The thing I love about both of these guys is, fundamentally, they both just want to fight, which for me is a good compromise with regards to the fact that they both have, intriguing but pretty awful styles. On that note, the deciding factors in this one for me will be the fact that Abraham is hard to catch cleanly and Froch isn't. On that note, although I believe he'll put up a hell of a fight, Froch doesn't see the final bell in this one, with the ref stopping it inside 10.

Froch's best chances are work the body big and early and keep the jab strong and often.

Abraham's best chance will be to throw big and straight inbetween Froch's laboured and wide punches, which is where the knockdowns will come from.

Fight of the year this one if Abraham opens up earlier.....

Really looking forward to this one, Froch can be a big hitter as long as he does it early as Abraham seems to always come on in later rounds. To the body likely as Abraham has that high guard up always. Theyre both motivated , should be a good one.

Hard one to predict this, Froch who fought Kessler ( was a tight fight could of gone either way, but just the fact Kessler looked so shit and Froch still lost in a close foght is not a good sign ) loses this for me, If Froch has another Pascal performance in him he can win, I would just jump AA from the start if I was Froch.

I'll take Abraham by late TKO. Froch keeps his hands down way too much and Abraham is not the guy you want to do that with.

Abraham will beat froch's ass. They all earned my respect for even sticking in there.

I think Froch will outwork Abraham over twelve rounds. Abraham's low workrate will come back to bite him.

I can't wait for this fight. It's an intriguing clash of styles. Likewise I can see Froch being far too busy for Abraham, but he needs to stay bloody careful in the championship rounds, no rushes of blood to the head or getting too sloppy.
