    Default Witter (Spoilers inside)

Is done. I watched the first 5 rounds but it made my eyes hurt. Nobody looked to be winning and it looked impossible to score. I was surprised to see he lost comfortably by UD. The guy he was fighting was terrible as well.

    Is that him done now?

Witter's been done since Alexander. Surely there's nowhere for him to go now. I didn't bother watching it but it sounded fucking awful. Apparently he gassed massively and slumped to the canvas 4 or 5 times from tiredness. At least that's how it read on skysports

I think he's done he is too old to be taking so long out and i don't know where he can go from here. He has never been a big ticket seller and after this fight i think it'd be impossible to get a fight with khan it would never sell and khan has nothing to gain from it.

Shame Hatton never fought him a few years ago when it could have been massive. Witter might have won

That's a bit harsh mate. He stalked Hatton for a few years. That was sort of relevant

well but so did Harris and Pinto for a while lol i'm just saying he never really was a big force at 140, he'll always be best known as the guy who lost to Judah then won a title and called out Hatton for a while

I hate to be negative about a fighter, but Witter's style has never been good to watch, and now that he's got no title to defend, and is on the wane, why would he keep fighting?

I was impressed at his power against Ndou. Has anyone else managed to drop him? He just left too long a gap at his age between fights before the Bradley fight because he had a nice run of form leading up to it.

he had decent power at best, i mean more than Bradley obviously, but he wasn't in the league of Torres, Urango, and Bailey in terms of power, Witter was decent but never really ever the best at 140, Hatton avoided him but IMO he would have smashed him just the same

Yeah, Paulie Malignaggi dropped him in their first fight

If he's never been relevant what makes you think he'd ever get a fight with Khan?

cause he was still being discussed as a possible hometown opponent, McCloskey isn't relevant on a world stage and he's getting a shot against Khan, so it really wouldn't shock me if Witter got a crack at him before the year is out

When u look back at boxers careers u remember them for what they were :

Marvin Hagler = rock solid box fighter all great class.
Tommy Hearns = fragile destroyer , with sweet skills.

    then we have brits.
Ricky Hatton = pressure fighting bleeder.
Frank Bruno = slow paced bomber.
JUNIOR WITTER = LORD OF THE DANCE / LIMBO DANCING PASSIFIST.

Im glad witter is done so we dont have to listen to anymore of his bullshit.
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .
