Default Froch vs Johnson tear up ?

I really am looking forward to this fight , think it could be a really good tear up , i take the cobra to win a close decision after a real toe to toe affair ,I like both warriors but froch will be to good on the day .

Froch should use his brain and box from distance and pick his right uppercut and right cross to cause damage and not get into a toe to toe battle.

I'm going Johnson to win the whole thing... It's fitting for the way the super six played out..

Froch will box like he did vs Abraham. He has said as much and said theres no point trying to knock the RoadWarrior out, hes too durable. GJ puts the pressure on way better than Abraham though so I expect a closeish decision 8-4 7-5 type to Froch. Its possible it might go toe to toe in the latter stages though if Froch tires a bit, that could happen.

I'm looking forward to this fight. I expect Froch to win a very competitive fight, with some rough middle rounds. I also expect Froch's chick to annoy me by round 4.

My guess is Froch retires the Road Warrior with a serious beating.

Johnson is a tough S.O.B....Froch will either play it smart and box safely, or he'll get stopped. Froch won't stop Johnson....I'd be extremely surprised if that happened. Odds are it'll play out like the Kessler or Dirrell fights where its a close decision either way.

Froch will get stopped? Where do you get that conclusion from? Not a chance, the odds are actually stacked in Froch's favour and if it goes by the odd's Froch should win.

I'm expecting a good fight, but I don't expect Johnson to win a decision, because he rarely does in close fights, i'm really looking forward to seeing this fight at Atlantic City on Showtime June 4th.

#1 He could if he doesn't box smart. If Taylor can put you down then Johnson can keep you there! If Froch stands toe to toe with Glenn he will get KO'd no doubt in my mind.

#2 Yes once again the odds are stacked against Johnson but he's not nicknamed "The Road Warrior" just for shits and giggles. As I said Glenn is a tough S.O.B. and it'll probably be a very close hotly disputed decision more than likely in Froch's favor.

#3 No I don't like Froch, I respect Glenn Johnson, but I've called it fairly even have I not? Froch had trouble with Dirrell and Kessler, why shouldn't he have trouble with someone tougher and stronger than them?

I've noticed Johnson fading...I think. I think all the Green fight told us was it was simply a mistake to think he ever belonged in the upper echelon of the sport rather than being some renaissance on the Road Warrior's part. As always, we'll see.

I think Froch will make a real statement in this fight. Johnson would have more than held his own with Froch once over but I see him being too old and worn for this fight, if it goes the distance I see scores of 120-108 in Froch's favour. Clinton Woods beat a fresher version of Johnson so I really see Froch doing a number on the old "Road Warrior".

I'm with you on this one Lyle. Its hard not to root for Johnson and he has a great abillity to wear down much younger opponents and stop them.
