Default Bradley Signs a New Contract!

    With Top Rank

Looks like we might get to see Pacquiao vs Bradley after all?

I think this was a good move for Bradley, Shaw was making poor venues for Bradley.

I love Gary shaw though. I do not understand the move. He would get a lot more attention with Gary than with top rank. I mean I know top rank is the biggest promoter but geez it is not like his career was stagnating or not developing because he was with shaw. But he prob wanted to blame someone for his lack of popularity.

Anything to put the politics aside. Shaw's a slob. Bradley's been a very active and consistent fighter with steady progress. I was worried about him burning out at that pace but hopefully time out will do well and we'll see him soon. 140 is steadily blowing up and Tim's a top dog to be dealt with.

The article says he is moving to welter. I think he's a bit small for welter but that's still where the money is.

If Bradley wanted to fight Pacman, all he had to do was defeat Khan. WITH ANY PROMOTER!!! He's going to be off for a long time. Then get a fight and lose because of rust. He better hope he get on the Pacman vs JMM 3 undercard for some shine and impress. Berto will be a good fight for him or the winner of M&M vs Guerrero. Better yet, hope Judah win and get that fight right away. Soto and Rois can be a good too but Bradley wants to move up.

Tend to agree. I didn't think he looked overly spectacular with Abregu though he was as awkward and rough and tumble as they came. His boxing has developed and has to resist that loading up on rights, forcing power. He's a pretty potent mobile quick handed boxer when its all on.

Personally I'd like to see him stick at 140. Having visions of Rios moving up very soon, I'd take Bradley there. Let the dust from Judah and Khan settle. Good possibilities.

I think it was a good move for Bradley.

It's not that Shaw was doing much wrong but Top Rank will be great for him. Look at their track history and what it has done for fighters like Pacquiao, Cotto, etc.

Bradley will benefit from this move.

It is an incestuous relationship with Top Rank only fighting their own fighters thereby forcing other fighters to leave their promotion just to get in like Shane and JMM. Now Bradley has to toe the line.

Can't draw any comparisons between Pac/Cotto and Bradley. Those 2 had more exciting styles, more punching power, and big passionate fanbases from their homelands. Promoting Bradley is a much different challenge.

    Thats true.

Still a good move for Bradley.

Top rank will be more successful at getting Bradley into bigger fights, therefore increasing his popularity, etc.

Bradleys not a boring fighter either regardless of his punching power.

Oh Hell, Looks like FightHype Jumped the gun.

According to boxing scene Bradley says it was a rumor. He hasn't signed with anyone. I think he's bumping up Shaws offer by going to both Top Rank and Golden Boy.

Ah so Bradley's still not made a decision.

Let see what decision he makes then.

Personally, I need to watch another Bradley fight soon, and get the sour taste from the "Head-Butt Fest" with Alexander out of my mouth.
