I looked at this fight on youtube and I was disgusted by this travesty. The referee was clearly not able to set aside his emotions and do his job properly. I wonder if anyone knows if Dan Kelley was ever disciplined for this performance.

Lol, to be fair, he's been robbed so many times It well could of been some bloke named Brown!

I think this fight was important for many reasons, personally to me. I just so happened to come across a re- run of this fight when English tv was showing Friday Night fights about 2 months after they'd happened. It was the first time I'd seen such a blatant robbery, the first time I'd seen such an entertainer in the ring and the first time I'd heard Teddy Atlas get so mad! Funny though I already knew who Courtney Burton was as i'd seen him do a good job of beating Manfredy a few months before (not live obviously) and so to see this over guy just clowning with him, well i just became an instant fan!
