No fight yet because he fucked himself by pulling out of the Rios fight. Now he's in limbo & being sued by Top Rank.

He's screwed. All he had to do, was face Rios and then he could have extricated himself from the Top Rank situation if he wasn't happy. Unless something changes in the next while, I bet Gamboa is forced to take 2012 off.

Irony is had he agreed to fight Rios, and the Rios not making weight he would have had every right to refuse the fight and leave the contract with his reputation and boxing career intact.

Well after the Abril fight I dont think Gamboa or anyone who can box would have any hesitation about fighting Rios. Although Im sure Rios is going to move to 140 and that is just too might weight disparity to overcome.

It's disappointing he isn't fighting. I hope he gets things sorted soon so he can return to the ring before the end of the year
