I had it 116-11 for Donaire as well. Anyone in or around that weight class has fits with Mathebula. He's just freakishly proportioned for that weight. You don't start seeing guys consistently at that height until you hit Junior Middle and Middle. Mares is in for a rude awakening if he thinks the Mathebula bout is some sort of blueprint.

IMO Donaire won the fight, but no way did he win by the margin that the judges scored it, I had it 7 rounds to 5 plus the extra point for the KD, but giving Mathebula just 2 rounds is ridiculous

I can't believe four people scored that fight for Mathebula. Sure, 10-2 was too wide, but come on.

We've had a rash of bad decisions, and I don't like them either, but l hope we aren't going to have a melt down everytime we have a close decision. As long as the right guy wins, everything is working the way it should. We should get pissed and question everything when the wrong guy wins. That's my opinion, for what it's worth.
