Default Another travesty in boxing ( Its getting rampant nowadays)

I have been out of this forum for so long and the reasons are vulgar robbery in boxing. But we cant be blind and just keep my mouth shut, another fight that really pissed me off

Sonny Boy Jaro lost to Toshiyuki Igarashi via split decision,

Sonny Boy Jaro won his WBC belt by winning against Pongsklek Wonjongkam in Thailand.

Watch the fight and see Jaro won all rounds from 7 to 12. Igarashi all bloodied never put Jaro in danger.

Here's the link, judge it by yourself. The fight was in Japan, an ovious hometown decision.

BOXING: Sonny Boy Jaro vs Toshiyuki Igarashi (Full Fight)

    Bye for now

    Fukkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!

haven't seen the fight nor know the score cards, but you're saying he won rounds 7-12 means that Igarashi won rounds 1-6 so at worst it would be a draw, so the fact that the dude won a split decision wouldn't really be ROBBERY

Here's the direct link, Andre. FWIW, I think it was a good and fair split decision/close fight. A rematch sounds about right.

I don't think Jaro lost that fight, it wasn't even close. It was Igarashi thats being tagged over and over again, he was wobbly and bloodied.

Igarashi has never put Jaro in danger. Igarashi have done nothing to deserve the win, although he keeps on coming and the agressor during the fight, it was Jaro who lands solid and strong.

I was a very strong finish for Jaro getting rounds 7-12.

Unless Stevie Wonder, Jose Feliciano and Roy Orbison done the judging!!!

i think that bad decisions will be more and more common as we do allow promoters to be a bit too close to the sactioning bodies....

I don't see anything wrong with the decision. I had it a draw.

Probably a close fight, but it was not a draw, Jaro lost on this fight, he even lost by a 4 point margin from the second judge, I have Jaro won 116 - 114.

    judge: Luis Escalona 116-112 | judge: David Mendoza 112-116 | judge: Kyung-Ha Shin 113-115

A 2 point margin is only 1 round scored differently from a draw ,so I can't see why you would complain.
