It just came off the top of my head over my first morning java. I took the question in my fog to mean first father/son team ie dad as trainer.Are you giving the wrong answer deliberately or is the book wrong? LOL

Jorge Paez Jr never has won nor has he ever fought for a world title so that one is out
Wilfredo Vazquez Sr and Jr both have won world titles and they're the first father and son duo to win titles in the same weight class
