Default The Hater Thread: you can "come clean" here!

Let's face it---we are all human, and as despicable as it is, we have all experienced "hating" people at times in our all-too-human lives. Atleast I have. Let he who is free from sin throw the first stone you lying sacks of shit!

Here are a few times I was glad beyond belief to see a boxer get his ass kicked:

    1. When Marco Antonio Barrera kicked the piss out of that piece of arrogant shit Prince Nose-Cream hamed. Yes I still watch it from time to time and tell myself that arrogant shits eventually get what they got coming to them. Just a matter of time.

    2. repeat number one as I really, really enjoy watching that fight.

    3. when Oscar de la Hoya whipped fernando Vargas' taco-eating asshole after the younger arrogant bastard called OSCAR out on the fight for years.

    4. I throughly enjoyed watching Hasim Rahman smoke Lennox Lewis the 1st fight.

    5. Seeing Leon Spinks whip the trash-talking Ali in the 1st fight was nice to watch too.

what are some of your faves of being a hater?

Jamie Moore sending Macklin face first was an enjoyable one. Can't wait for Golovkin to rinse and repeat.

I really enjoyed Marquez face planting Pacquiao. Not because I hate Pacquiao, but by god I hate his fan boys.

De La Hoya stopping Vargas & Mayorga.

I know it isn't a boxing one, but I really enjoyed Wigan beating City in the FA Cup final. I haven't laughed like that in years.

You DID say we can come clean here, right? Good.

Let's start by saying I agree on the MAB-Hamed fight. I was always a MAB fan... and I couldn't think of a better thrashing than the one he handed to Hamed, flying carpet and all.

You liked ODLH-Vargas. I liked what Trinidad did to Vargas BEFORE De La Hoya got to him.
It's a little like when you tenderize meat BEFORE you put it on the plate and eat it... and then you marvel at how soft and tender it is.

Shane Mosley's destruction of Margarito is another personal favorite. First he gets exposed as a lowdown cheater.... THEN he gets the ever-living SHIT beat out of him. Double humiliation in one night. Couldn't happen to a more deserving fella.

Pac-ODLH. Ah yes. The carefully selected, smaller scalp that DLH was to put on his belt before retirement. Only problem is he picked a live wire. 440 volts.... and only ready for regular household 110. Tsk-tsk. Nothing against Oscar. But whenever someone brings up quitting in the ring..... I always counter with Oscar on his stool.

Pac-Hatton. Yes... Hatton's a likable guy and a regular bloke. But his talk of fighting for the world's p4p got under my skin. P4p my ass. Fortunately for the world's karma... Pac put a definite punctuation mark on that erroneous assumption.

Tszyu-Judah. That was back when I disliked Judah for his punkish attitude and ghetto ring walk strutting. Then came the fight, and a new dance. He's lucky Jay Nady remained calm. Two knockdowns in one night would've been really sad. I've taken a liking to Judah since then, however.

couldnt agree more with those 3 highlights there. good choices. as for ODLH I felt a bit sorry for the poor old guy who bit off more than he could chew. I hated him early on esp when he beat Chavez, but came to actually like him about when he thrashed Vargas ...

Mercer annhilating Morrison and his mascara wearing hyped up self

I mean come on...that was funny Honestly, to go as far as Morrison did in aftermath...he needed that.

Oh and Mercer losing to the memory of Holmes next...and buying into the bs that all he had to do was hit the old man and he'd fall over...ooops.

Pacquiao getting knocked out was just amazing I hate him with a passion.

Margarito getting beat down by Mosley was great to.

    Any Khan knockout was enjoyable

    Donaire losing was great

Zab, RJJ, Pwill, Tapia and Prince are all time favorites so I've been on the wrong side of a lot of wow moments.

I must point out that this thread reminds me of one of my favourite threads of all time. I consider this to be one of Bilbo's greatest contributions to this forum:

I enjoyed Shane nearly knocking Floyd out.
I loved watching Benn turn the fight around against Gerald McClelland
I was overjoyed when Eubanks turned the fight around against Watson when he was comprehensively losing the fight.

BTW I love Fernando Vargas so all you who enjoyed seeing him get beat make me sick.

Barrera beating Hamed. Audley getting sparked the first few times while it still meant something, particularly the first one against Sprott. Kessler beating Froch. Martinez beating Chavez Junior.

EDIT: Zab doing the chicken dance and Khan's sparkings. Fuck me I don't like British fighters much.
