Just got back from a health physical a while ago. How does my health sound?

-I'm 22 years old
-I'm 6 foot 3, weight 164.2 lbs. (I'm a skinny little s**t)
-Body fat is 11.6%
-Blood pressure was 118 over 78
-Right eye was 25/20 with near vision and 30/20 with far vision
-Left eye was 35/20 with near vision and 40/20 with far vision

The main thing I'm concerned about is my vision. Right now I still don't need glasses, I can see and read just fine, but is my vision a little off for someone my age?
