Good fight for brook, get the British fans on his side if he beats him.

After that he needs to be fighting for a world title or at least a number 1 contenders match.

Seems British boxing is so close but yet so far away

This a bit of a backwards step for brook imo but then again I'm not high oin the guy and don't really see him beating most of the top guys.

I've seen Tortoises move faster than Kell's career. Seriously he has been fighting at this level for so long now it is starting to get boring. Talent wise he is fantastic but I can't for the life of me explain why his career hasn't kicked on. He was ready to step it up 2 years ago. This is just treading water now. Kell will win, and it won't move him on further in anyone's estimation.

Kell is on the verge of fighting the winner between Khan and Devon so this is a competitive match for him at this stage.

I don't know why you think that. Brook aint gonna get the winner of Khan v Alexander if that fight takes place. He might get the loser.

He is still the mandatory for that strap. Its an ok fight but its shy on the hype that was suggested.I still say that with all that talent Brook is not right in the head to be at the top. He does not seem keen on cutting the umbilical cord. Btw I don't think Khan/Devon is anywhere near done.

I heard that Alexander-Khan negotiation went bad the fight is off for now.

If Brook didnt fake his injury, he should be jumping at the opportunity by now..

Nobody knows. Have you heard of anyone Senchenko fought before Paulie? Pretty hard to have a take on the guy just going by his last 2 fights, but he looks pretty average with a very typical Eastern style.

He beat Ricky Hatton, that says it all.

Haha exactly, very little to take from that fight. He looked ok at points, but Hatton didn't and gave Senchenko nothing to deal with. The only noteworthy result on this guys resume is a stoppage loss to Malignaggi, and he's 36. In any case he isn't beating Brook and this is not a step forward.

i hear what you are saying, but still

and just going off records the guys he beat seemed reasonable

i had hatton well behind at the stoppage

perhaps the pauli fight was just a bad day at the office?
