Suliaman couldn't be any more transparent if he tried. Bika is tough, but he is no more than a gatekeeper. By stripping Ward and giving Bika a terrible opponent, he has set up another straight forward World title win for Chavez at a new weightclass. Suliaman did it to Martinez at 160 & Ward at 168. Anyone remember when you had to beat the Champion to win a belt?

You are kidding ourself if you think Bika is an easy win for someone as lazy as Chavez, not to mention Bika will be miles stronger and more powerfull than anyone Chavez has faced.

Mundine could give Bika problems but Chavez is there to be hit.

Bika is well WELL past it. He was fighting a bum in his last fight and struggled. It is an easy win for Chavez.

I'm not sure Chavez beats Periban at 168, Chavez vs Bika is not a bad fight especially if a Ward fight is in play, the WBC maybe thought it was easy work but I actually think they thought Periban would beat Bika giving them another star.

Periban a bum? Your just being a twat.

Bika is what he is. A powerfull, strong, durable terror.

    Periban is now a "bum"?

Have you ever fought competitively? Have you fought the fighter that gave some of the best pound for pound fighters in the world and given them their admitted hardest fights?

If not, you should shut up because you sound like a thick little cunt. For you to call any pro boxer a bum is ridiculous. The guy was undefeated and had a stellar amateur career. He was going places but he ran in to a brick wall called Bika, maybe a couple of fights too soon. I also agree with above that Periban beats Chavez.

Also, in Peribans 10th fight he splattered Darnell Boone inside a single round! (3 years ago) The same fighter that knocked out Adonis Stevenson and in their remtach this year still managed to push Stevenson to the 6th!

    Peribans a bum!

    Twat.....

He calls Periban a bum but he thinks beating Ishida at 160 is a great win.

I agree. Im a Chavez fan but I think Bika would beat him at his own game.

But I disagree that Mundine is a better opponent for Bika. Just few days ago, I read an interview where he claimed that dropping down from the SMW division was the best move he's made in his career. He admits that he doesnt belongs at 168..

Bika-Chavez is a fairly even matchup but a fight with Mundine is a total mismatch. Mundine would get destroyed.

Yeah what I meant was Mundine could cause Bika some problems, until he got caught, whereas the only problem Chavez would cause Bika is bruising his knuckles...
