Why was groves covering up like Abraham tight against the ropes?
Why did froch fight back when hit but groves didn't?
Those shots at the stoppage were crushing groves as the ropes help him up!!

His head was going back like butes? Did nobody see that? It's hard to see as all the eyes are on the punches groves landed and not on what froch was landing to the sides and body up
    Close from round 2.

The stoppage was early but people gotta give froch a break as he was coming on and very strong and by that time knew he had taken George's biggest and best but had yet done his best which was seconds from coming!
Just really think groves was on his way out due to using up everything trying to get froch out in the first half.

I also think carl turned up unprepared and thinking he had it in a bag.
oh froch was getting that stoppage before the fight was pver but let him get it legit, the stoppage was shit
Yes!! The subject is now clarified!

    Froch innocent
    Groves innocent

    Early stoppage true

But groves endurance was empty or close as froch was coming big and strong.

Try and imagine the predictable situation in the following round
    thats only your opinion

only a minute before the stoppage groves had hit and badly stunned froch, both his hands dropped and his head went down

there was as much chance of another one of those ending the fight

you cant stop a fight based on what the fight was stopped on, if you could you could make a long list of fights that wouldnt have gone the distance
True and worth remembering George has a history of coming back like he did Anderson. He wasn't even down vs froch

George also said he was in a good position because froch had just spent a lot if energy trying to end it. He would have been vulnerable himself at 36 with an empty tank

The ref ruined it for all of us but Carl is such a warrior I think he will honour his word and give George another chance

The genetics show froch has insane durability !

Groves was in a vulnerable state and was getting clipped and knocked back and not marching forward like froch was!!
Groves was on the ropes taking damage, do you really think he was gonna handle that ?
More landing shots were gonna be on the way it's obvious!
    Not to me but everyone.

It is a shame and sad I admit it but it was on its way!

Groves to me did amazing and I think he spent his fuel keeping froch controlled and slowed down allowing froch to get him on the ropes.

Froch will take the rematch and I feel he will turn up and shock us the clear the world of doubt and upset.

Groves has more than earnt the rematch and if he doesn't get it I'll never watch boxing again!!

Froch was coming on big time and groves was gonna get hurt I feel.

yes i really think he was in a position to continue when the fight was stopped

there was nothing to suggest he was even going to go down
