I used to get terrible shin splints and then my older brothers buddy from Hong Kong told me about this ancient rubbing compound used for centuries. He got me some and it was as thin as water. He told me rub it on but only one way downward towards the foot. It cured my shin splints. I think rats as crazy as it sounds might be part of its makeup. If you have a China town near by it might be worth looking into. It may at least provide some relief.

Btw I remember the smell was rank. Almost eye watering.

Sounds like some sort of oil but I think the problem is more fundamental than that.

I am talking about being able to play football and run which is proper impact on the knee.

I have seen how they do the replacement and it will hurt.

Biking is usually less intense on the joints.

Bad news but this isn't the end, there is plenty you can still do.

I started to ride a bike to go to work and it does help strengthen the muscles.

What about platelet injections, they grow back your cartridge over 10 weeks.

I can ask him, I will see him in 3 months but he said all cartlidge is gone and it is bone on bone and bending in an outward direction.

Just a couple at university's, keep finding new things about its capability's, great fun

@Andre the NHS gave me this to wear which is actually good when I am on the bike and cross trainer as I feel no pain afterwards.
