Oh, herrrrre we go
It would be really a shame if Maidana tested positive for something in this as well.. I don't know why anyone would hire anybody whose been suspect before, but I don't know what exactly Ariza brings to a camp in the first place either mind you.

That's between 11 and 12 I believe. After broner hit maidana after the bell. If it was anything performance enhancing, I doubt it would work in that short order (before the bell rang for the the 12th) and for 1 round. Would have done that after they went back to the corner for the opening bell if it was.
Due to the cheap shot after the bell, it's probably some smelling salt substitute. I think smelling salts are illegal in the corner so I wouldn't be surprised if it was something like a cotton ball dipped in ammonia or something.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Luckily for Maidana, Broner was probably the most unliked guy in boxing. Even if they caught him with bricks in his gloves, I doubt people would kick up too much of a stink lol.
This is both funny and sad because it's probably true. It's funny because if anyone deserves to be cheated it's Broner. But sad because that is the antithesis of "sport".
I've seen people going as far as pretending nothing happened there and even attack fans who say something did on other boards. That's shameful.
It seems pretty clear to me it's smelling salts or ammonia, I'm not sure if ammonia is allowed I know smelling salts aren't. The commission needs to figure out exactly what it was and act accordingly.
