all mayweather asked for was fair testing which pac wouldn't agree to.
given the new information from roach, we can assume there was more than just a fear of needles that was keeping pac from agreeing to blood work and testing.

are any of you going to have to face the consequences of having to fight a dangerous opponent who is using PEDS and won't agree to drug testing?

floyd is making millions and millions of dollars facing guys on his terms. they get tested like he wants. he doesn't need pac...pac needs him!

why would he fight a guy whose own trainer admits has employed shady cheaters as his strength coach and who believes has been giving him questionable cocktails everday of training.

you can call it ducking; but unless its all fair with PED testing then floyd would be an idiot to agree to fight a known cheat.
