Default What pro boxers have communicated with you on twitter?

Have you ever communicated with professional boxers on twitter? Have they answered you?

Any pro boxers follow you on twitter?

Several heavyweights follow me on twitter, I think it's mainly to check for news and articles on my heavyweight schedule thread, which I tweet a link for to my followers every day.

    Shannon Briggs
    Tyson Fury
    Tony Thompson
    Lucas Browne
    Luis Ortiz' manager

I've communicated back and forth with many others: Bryant Jennings, Deontay Wilder (who to his credit hasn't blocked me even though I've questioned his opposition), Brian Minto, Eddie Chambers, Lennox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, etc.

I've been blocked by two boxers, the only two I really dislike: David Haye and Andre Ward.

Funnily enough I've been blocked by David Haye too, and I know lots of people have been blocked by him as well! Tony Thompson follows me and I've had tweets back from Steve Cunnigham but thats about as good as it gets

No one, Tyson did not respond to me so I quit.

I've talked to Jesse James Leija and Al Bernstein on twitter.

Years ago I was able to talk to Verno Phillips a bit on MySpace.

I stopped using twitter about a year ago, but I found most famous boxers did not respond on twitter. Famous mma fighters were a little more responsive.

What has been Deontays reply when you questioned his opposition.

Steve Cunningham and Chris Byrd are great about responding on twitter. Byrd particularly seems like a genuine down to earth guy.

What exactly do you mean by that?

Me and some guy were arguing about Duran vs Leonard and Leonard was favoriting and retweeting all of my tweets since i was on hes side.

I so far only have Robert Guerrero following me.

I had an argument with Fury a while back.

Dude was getting ripped by me and a scouse bloke, Fury was talking about how he'd KO everyone in Liverpool and Glasgow.

He was then threatened by a load of dudes talking about stabbing him lol
