Thread: Gamboa vs Rios Twitter Feud

Don't know how many of you guys Follow either of these guys on twitter but they were going at it today..

Gamboa has also maybe some comments to Mikey Garcia on Twitter seems like he might be tryina talk hes way into a big fight. Rios still seems bitter about Gamboa not showing up when they were supposed to fight. Thoughts?

I figured gamboa would've beat rios' dumbass if they had fought... gamboa should have went throughwith that fight seriously..

Fundamentally sound fighters can exploit gamboa's flaws but rios isnt one of them. He is too crude, slow, and predictable for gamboa...

I hope this leads to a fight..

I was hoping that Gamboa Rios happened as well, would still love to see it. Rios is bigger by enough that it might offset the gap in talent enough to make it a war, he'd still get pummelled eventually though I figure.

Yea I was excited about Gamboa-Rios at the time but would much rather Garcia-Gamboa now

Yes I found it odd that he was typing in English. I would have thought these two would be arguing in jibberish.

Honestly Gamboa needs to just fight or go away already. This guy is doing a poor mans impersonation of Guzman when it comes to blown potential or promise, minus the well rounded boxing ability.

Good one, I get that it's tough for guys from Cuba to go from living modestly to all the glitz of the U.S. but he has become complacent in the worst way possible. Guzman, man. There was a time when I was convinced he would have beat Pacquiao. I always knew he was going to be a bit of a waste but thought he would have that Zahir Raheem like moment in a big fight.
