    Default Will Kessler fight again?

Mikkley Kessler's Boxing Future is Still Undecided - Boxing News

Interesting to read really, I hope he does fight again because I enjoy his fights. But we haven't heard anything from him after the loss.

Everyone is pushing to fight Froch, maybe Kessler should try and lure Ward or even Groves.

I think Mikkel is too tired at the weight but I also think he may not be strong enough at light heavy. When he fought Green above super middle, he only weighed like 2lb over.

Maybe he was right about the Froch rematch and he did train too hard for too long and left it in the gym. He's not the first fighter to say this. Benn said it of one of his fights, the Malinga loss I think.

He was winning the fight after the 3rd round after hed warmed up and then tired over the last few rounds.

He may have an option of a catch weight fight if Froch loses in his now mandated IBF defence against Groves.

Yea but Froch seems to be looking elsewhere from Groves a Kessler fight wouldn't look so much of a duck

Yes. But I'd suggest he get at it already and take away the mystery.

    I'm undecided.

Seems like he has nothing left to do.

Maybe a third with Froch, then retire.

the impression that i get is that kesslers heart isnt really in it anymore... I think it left him a few years ago and he is getting by on his natural talent, he doesnt seem to have that fire anymore, I think he's only fightig for money now, which is quite alright and just like a lot of other guys but i dont think we will ev er see kessler close to his very best again.

If someone waves the right amount of money at him , why not ?

Before he bows out I can see him having a decider with froch, Carl has other options like Chavez , groves and Ward but both guys could come off a loss to fight the other in their final fight. Can't leave it at 1-1.

Kessler vs pascal would be entertaining. Pascal fights in spurts and is explosive and kesslers always willing to trade so I can imagine some pretty good exchanges in that fight

I think Kesslers is a bit weathered at this point. He's overseasoned at this point and slipping. Good warrior in the ring, and seems to be a great person outside of it. I think he's just enjoying life at this point and then with a baby, he's going evaluate his finances. He'll need a fight to stay in the public eye. Let froch fight chavez for big money.. while getting a little longer in the tooth. Froch slides a little and it evens things up for the 3rd and final retirement fight, being kessler started before froch..
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
