Thread: Kovalev vs. Pascal.

I think Kovalev's next move should be to fight Pascal, since Pascal-Stevenson won't happen. It'd be a good name on Kovalev's resume, and beating one of Stevenson's friends and fellow countrymen would be sure to get his attention.

I'm sure Kovalev wouldn't have a problem with that I don't know if Pascal earned himself a big fight after that Bute showing, or even wants any of the top guys? Fighting Stevenson would be another Montreal showdown, probably easier to make. He's obviously a viable opponent for anyone but I don't care to see the fights much.

Pascal v Stevenson is the natural fight, kovalev beats both these guys.

I don't see anyone beating Kovalev right now and Adonis Stevenson didn't seem to keen on taking him on when they asked him after the Bellew fight. VG Addict havent seen you on here for a while, where have you been hiding?

Kovalev will do very bad things to Pascal. There is a reason Pascal mentioned rematching Bute . Money, his name is not Kovalev and money.

Kovalev would have Pascal wear some apron and serve him Russian caviar after the fights over. Kovalez would turn him into his bitch .

Pascal is one of those fighters who gets by with athleticism. Without that, he's just an ordinary fighter..

I do like him Pascal though. I like him because he clowned on Hops on HBO faceoff..

Sorry for not answering your question earlier.

I've been busy with school.

I think that Kovalev beats Pascal and that Stevenson has all chances to beat Kovalev though. Yvon Michel wants the Kovalev fight but he would prefer Hopkins first because it's a bigger payday and a better publicity for Stevenson. Here in Quebec, rumors are that Michel wants 3 fights for Stevenson in 2014; Hopkins first, then Kovalev and the third one depending of what happen overall.

Pascal and Kov would be entertaining but can't see it ending well for pascal. Stevenson has a better chance vs the Russian . he has enough spite and speed in his shots to keep Kov honest but Stevenson reminds me of a bully/ on top fighter. Looks the part when things are going well but once he gets nailed all the slick moves will go out the window and he'd crumble pretty quick from there.

Bellew and cloud basically stood on the end of punches until they got worn down. They should have gone out swinging them atleast they'd have a punchers chance. Kovalev wouldn't show him that much respect especially knowing stevensons been knocked out before
