    No I have not seen it but I will try and make time to do so. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I am sure @Spicoli would enjoy it too. It has certainly been a hugely influential club and I remember David Byrne in his excellent book "How Music Works" speaking of how hugely important it was for himself and Talking Heads. Clubs and live music venues are really important in fostering new talent and establishing scenes right across the musical spectrum from dance music (Studio 54,Hacienda,etc) to Rock (the Marquee, etc).

    Cool! I had a bubby mention this last year but have not checked it out! The diversity amongst the feature acts was pretty deep, though anyone looking in from thr outside and not familiar as it came saw it as just a cluster of WTF CBs was a gem that gave rise to everything from Talking Heads and Johnny Thunder to gnarled hardcore Gods like Bad Brains and Cro Mags. Saw this small doc by Creative conspiracy awhile ago, pretty cool peek
