Thread: Two Guys That Can Fight

Ike Williams is, without doubt, one of the very best lightweights. I rate him #2, behind Benny Leonard. And Enrique Bolanos makes him fight. The whole fight is on youtube.

i always thought that ike williams was an underrated lightweight. he is definitely a great fighter. i would not put him at #2 though because i believe that duran and leonard are clear #1 and #2 at lightweight. he would probably be between 5-10. lightweight may be the deepest weight class in the history of the sport.

I love the 1948 fight between Beau Jack and Ike Williams . KO6 For Williams.

I'm a big Ike Williams guy. I don't know about number two, but he's up there, probably rounding out the top 5.

When I saw those lightweights they looked frightening and there were a lot of good ones at the time. Top fighters.
